Definitions:
Re-opened Waitlist Lotteries: These properties operate on a first-come first-serve methodology and do not generally have a waitlist.
Initial Occupancy Lotteries: Housing agencies and owners of multifamily housing maintain waitlists for affordable housing applicants. There is typically a due-date associated with these lotteries.
