This presentation highlights key topics that include eligibility, the different types of affordable housing in Massachusetts, the screening processes of management companies/ housing authorities, and important documentation needed to perform effective housing search. The presentation is used to train new staff, interns and volunteers. A shorter version of the presentation is offered to clients on a monthly basis, as an introduction to the housing search process.
